Project Timeline

This project will undergo three main phases:

The initiation will serve for:

• Identification of the beneficiary schools;
• Establishment of ICT CoC Foundation;
• Inception Phase.

The preparatory phase will include following main objectives:

• Development of occupational standards;
• Development of curricula;
• Development of TLM’s;
• Training of ICT CoC teaching- and administrative staff.

The operational implementation phase will last ten years. This is the period in which:

• Three generation of students will graduate from the ICT CoC;
• The fourth generation of ICT CoC students has enrolled;
• The DUAL VET Model has been fully implemented.

During this phase the ICT CoC Foundation will have achieved following goals:

• Instructors and teachers have gained all requires skills and certifications as foreseen by the DUAL Vet Foundation Quality Management Standard;
• Mentorship and Coaching Program for teachers have been established within the ICT CoC;
• The Entrepreneurship and Training and Development Center has been founded;
• The IC-VTC Center has been established and equipped with all required laboratories.
